Custom Gift Ordering Details

Digital Artwork Specifications

Please submit all artwork in EPS format.  No art charges will apply when a clean EPS file is submitted. The cost to modify or clean up artwork is $90.00 per hour, ½ hour minimum. To avoid any extra cost please provide a good file.

Pear’s Gourmet cannot accept artwork unless it is accompanied by a laser or fax copy of artwork. Any disk provided will not be returned. Fax Number (402) 551-8401 Attn. Corporate Gifts. Or email your artwork to:

Shipping and Production

Please allow 10 working days from receipt of complete order for custom and non-custom orders. Complete order includes the following: Purchase order, artwork, verbiage for enclosure card, shipping instructions, complete and accurate mailing list in excel format (please email us for a template to be sent to you) and requested ship date and production proof sign-off.

Drop-shipping to an individual recipient is $8.00 per gift.

Freight Charges for large orders shipping to one location will be FOB Omaha, NE

There will be a $50.00 per location fee for local deliveries in the Omaha Metro Area.

Shipping Address Requirements: Address must contain business name or name of recipient, street address, apartment or suite number, city ,state, and correct zip code. Please supply physical addresses only as UPS will not deliver to PO  Boxes or APOs. The cost of processing an incorrect zip code is $4.00 per package. Pear’s Gourmet can not be responsible for lost or delayed packages due to inadequate addresses. We will not issue credit for packages that are returned.

Pear’s Gourmet preferred shipping method is UPS ground. At your request, we can use your company’s UPS account number.

Substitutions will be made by the factory to ensure on time delivery. When necessary, we will use items of equal or greater value.

Rush services are usually available at a charge. Please contact our corporate gift staff to determine fees and approximate ship date.

Enclosure Gift Cards

Send greeting cards with your order and add a personal touch. Pear’s Gourmet will add a personalized greeting card with your own custom message matched to each individual gift for $4.00 per card. This service is $2.00 per card if there is a standard message sent to all recipients.

Orders Changes

Any changes to orders already in production will cause a delay in delivery. No verbal changes will be accepted, they must appear in email format. A fee will apply to your order for $50.00 per change. No changes will be accepted within 48 hours of ship date.

Order Cancellation

There will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 plus the cost of work completed for your order.
